essentially 5 chord shapes, altered per intervallic needs.
Any scale can be rendered into a 3 octave lead pattern by duplicating it's first two strings up the neck.
As you learn songs, bear in mind that skipping the solo means you didn't really play that song. At some level of proficiency, force yourself to start the learning process at the solo.
