What’s a hunting technique you swear by that others might overlook?

I'll go first..so I always glass from up high before moving an inch. It saves a ton of time and they never know I'm there, what are some tricks you live by that most people miss?

I always slow down more than seems necessary. Short pauses and constant scanning reveal animals others walk past without realizing they were ever there.

Keep your gun quiet. Wrap all metal spots, slings and zippers to stop that tink sound that scares deer.
