If you had to choose just one caliber???

If you could only pick one gun caliber for both hunting and target practice, what would it be and why?

I’d choose .308 because it works great for hunting.

If I had to pick just one, it'd be the .308 Winchester. It's got enough punch for most big game in North America, doesn't kick too hard and you can find ammo anywhere. Easy choice...
