If you’ve got kids or want a chill day out, Nebraska doesn’t disappoint. Turpin Outdoor Education Center in Lincoln has indoor firearm & archery ranges, youth-friendly classes, and fun camps. You can also check out Wildcat Hills in Gering and Roger G. Sykes in Louisville is great too. What area are you in? I can point you to ones near you

Yeah, I’ve been to Wildcat Hills with my family and it was awesome. It is a pretty clean range with friendly folks and plenty of space for the kids to learn safely. Nebraska’s got some real gems for family shooting days

Ah, nice. You already nailed a bunch of the best ones, Turpin and Sykes are definitely the top picks for a super chill, educational vibe. If you're closer to Omaha, check out Heartland Public Shooting Park in Grand Island. It's massive and always has great youth events and it's Hornady managed, so it's top-notch. You can't go wrong with those Game & Parks centers for a laid-back family day

Great thread! Thanks for sharing

Wildcat Hills really does have a great setup for families. I heard it’s one of the best spots around for sure
